These Terms of Service outline the rules and expectations when engaging with JFE Digital Marketing (the “Freelancer”) and using my services. By hiring me or using my website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

I provide digital marketing services such as social media management, SEO, content creation, paid ads, and email marketing. Each project is defined by a written proposal, contract, or agreement.

2. Payment & Deliverables

• Payments are due according to the agreed proposal or invoice schedule.

• Work begins once the initial payment or deposit is received.

• All deliverables (posts, campaigns, reports) will be provided as stated in the agreement.

3. Revisions & Feedback

Minor revisions are included as per the service agreement. Additional revisions or major scope changes may incur extra fees.

4. Confidentiality

All client information, data, and marketing materials are treated as confidential and will not be shared without written permission.

5. Ownership

Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed. Drafts, templates, or design concepts remain the freelancer’s property.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Completed work up to the termination date must be paid in full.

7. Limitation of Liability

I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services.
